These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the websites www.selfhealing4d.com, www.myophiuchuslife.com, and www.skyasground.com, and all associated products, services, courses, coaching, memberships, newsletters, astronoesis reports, digital books, blog content, and any other content or offerings (collectively referred to as “Services”) provided by Awakening Words Collective Limited, trading as Self Healing 4D, My Ophiuchus Life, and Sky As Ground (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

If you are accessing or using the Services on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to this Agreement. If you do not have such authority, or do not agree with these terms, you must not access or use our Services.

Our Services are available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly provide services to individuals under 18.

The information and content provided through our Services is for educational and self-exploratory purposes only. It is not intended to substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Self Healing 4D and Sky As Ground present a consciousness-as-ground approach to understanding chronic illness, personal growth, and the relationship between lived experience and the bodymind. This is a philosophical and educational framework, not a medical or psychological treatment. Dr. Howard North holds a PhD in Immunology and is not a licensed medical practitioner, psychotherapist, or counselor. No guarantees of specific outcomes are made. Results vary.

Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare or mental health professional regarding any medical or psychological condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read, heard, or accessed through our Services.

Statements made through our Services have not been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration, the New Zealand Medicines and Medical Devices Safety Authority (Medsafe), or equivalent regulatory bodies. Our Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or mental health condition.

Self Healing 4D and Sky As Ground offer the following categories of services:

Sky As Ground astronoesis reports: Bespoke written PDF documents applying the True Sky astronoesis framework to individual birth data and, where applicable, to the birth data of a second person or a specific historical event. Reports are prepared under the direct supervision and personal editorial authority of Howard North PhD.

1:1 Accompaniment: Personal one-to-one peer accompaniment with Howard North. Scope and duration by agreement.

Digital books and publications: Including The Acid Truth and associated companion resources, available in free and paid editions.

Courses and programs: Structured educational content delivered through our platform.

Membership: Access to the Grounded community and associated content on a subscription basis.

Newsletters: Letters From the Sky, and Praxis, a free weekly newsletter delivering insights and practices related to consciousness-as-ground healing.

Blog content: Articles, case studies, and framework explorations published at www.selfhealing4d.com, www.myophiuchuslife.com, and www.skyasground.com, provided free of charge for educational purposes.

Bespoke services: Custom engagements outside the standard service range, scoped and priced by agreement.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices exclude applicable local taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Payment for paid products and services is processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your nominated payment method for the full amount due.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate and that sufficient funds are available. We are not liable for failed transactions resulting from issues with your payment provider.

Sky As Ground astronoesis reports: Reports are prepared personally for each client. Refunds cannot be issued once work has commenced. Work is deemed to have commenced on receipt of the client’s completed intake questionnaire. In the event that Howard North is unable to fulfill an order due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued within 48 hours with no questions asked.

1:1 Accompaniment: No refund is available once an accompaniment engagement has commenced, defined as the first substantive interaction between Howard and the client. A full refund less any transaction fees is available if cancellation is requested before the engagement begins.

Free digital products: No refund is applicable as no payment is taken.

Courses and programs: A refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase provided you have accessed less than 20% of the course content and have not downloaded any materials. No refunds will be issued after 14 days from the date of purchase, after accessing 20% or more of content, or after downloading any materials.

Membership subscriptions: You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the current billing period already paid.

Bespoke services: Refund terms are agreed in writing at the time of engagement.

Refund process: Contact us with your order details and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds will not be issued for: change of mind after accessing or downloading content; claims that content did not produce a specific outcome without evidence of good faith engagement; chargebacks filed without first contacting us; or violation of these Terms.

Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to seek resolution will result in immediate suspension of your account and access to all Services, and may result in legal action to recover costs where warranted.

Accuracy of information: The precision of every Sky As Ground report depends entirely on the accuracy of the birth data provided by the client. Sky As Ground accepts no liability for errors arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrectly recorded birth data. Please double-check all dates, times, and locations before submitting your intake questionnaire. Once submitted, responses cannot be edited. If you discover an error after submission, contact us immediately.

Delivery: Reports are delivered as a PDF to the email address provided at the point of purchase within 2 to 3 business days of Howard receiving the client’s completed intake questionnaire. Work cannot commence until the completed intake questionnaire has been received. The delivery clock begins from receipt of the completed intake, not from the date of payment. There is no deadline on submitting the intake questionnaire.

Confidentiality: All information provided in connection with a Sky As Ground service is held in strict confidence and used solely for the preparation of the client’s report. Personal details are anonymized for the production process once Howard has locked in the core chart coordinates.

Third-party data and consent: Where any Sky As Ground service requires the personal birth data of a third party, the client confirms by submitting their intake questionnaire that they have obtained the direct and informed consent of that individual to share their personal information with Sky As Ground, or that they possess the legal authority to do so. The client assumes full personal liability for sharing third-party personal data. Sky As Ground accepts no liability arising from the unauthorized sharing of third-party personal information.

Framework statement: Sky As Ground reports are prepared under the direct supervision and personal editorial authority of Howard North PhD. Howard has personally lived the consciousness-as-ground ontology on which the True Sky astronoesis framework is based for more than 20 years, and has resolved his own significant chronic illnesses and unraveled unresolvable mysteries in his own life using the exact framework he gives his clients access to.

Nature of the service: Sky As Ground astronoesis reports are provided for educational and self-exploratory purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. Nothing in any report should be construed as a diagnosis, prognosis, or treatment recommendation.

Participation in the Grounded community requires respectful engagement consistent with the values of Self Healing 4D. We reserve the right to remove content or terminate membership of any participant whose conduct is deemed harmful to other members or inconsistent with our community values. The Grounded community is a space for genuine inquiry and mutual support, not for the promotion of external products, services, or ideologies. Membership fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.

We offer digital editions of books and other resources free of charge. By registering to receive these materials, you agree to receive email communications from Self Healing 4D. You may unsubscribe at any time. Blog content is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. Access to free content does not create an ongoing obligation on our part beyond delivery of those materials.

All content, materials, and intellectual property accessible through our Services, including but not limited to written content, audio recordings, course materials, astronoesis reports, graphics, logos, and the Self Healing 4D, My Ophiuchus Life, and Sky As Ground names and brands, are owned by or licensed to Howard North PhD, and Awakening Words Collective Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, republished, or sold without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use of content for your own educational and healing practice is permitted. Commercial use of any kind requires express written authorization.

Sky As Ground reports are prepared for the personal use of the purchasing client only and may not be reproduced, shared publicly, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Howard North.

Our Services operate in conjunction with third-party platforms including Systeme.io, Stripe, Google Workspace, Make.com, Cloudflare, and others. Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or reliability of third-party services.

Our websites may contain links to external websites. These are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement. We accept no responsibility for the content or practices of linked sites.

Our Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability of our Services or the content within them. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Awakening Words Collective Limited, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, emotional distress, or loss of business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Awakening Words Collective Limited, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses including legal fees arising from your use of our Services, your breach of this Agreement, your violation of any third-party rights, or your unauthorized sharing of third-party personal data.

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at www.selfhealing4d.com/privacy-policy. By using our Services you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, and the Privacy Act 2020. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

We encourage you to contact us in the first instance to resolve any concerns before initiating formal proceedings. Contact us.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website with an updated date. Your continued use of our Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will take reasonable steps to notify you of material changes where practicable.
